I have curves. I've struggled to dress my body to flatter my pear shape. I've finally learned to work with my dangerous curves. I finally accept that this is MY shape; I've made peace with my body. I encourage other pear shaped ladies to accept and love their shape; it is a beautiful, classic womanly shape.
I'm also a ballroom dance lover. I'll share what I've learned about dressing for dance, competition, ballroom glitter, sparkle and glamour.
Thanks Monica. I'm trying to build a travel wardrobe that will work for me while I'm away from home for a week. I may have to cheat a little bit....I just tried on my striped skirt and its not fitting so well. I don't actually have a bright blue skirt like the one in the picture; its navy but a similar cut..however its in the wash and I don't have time to take care of it. So I'm subbing in a hot pink straight skirt and a cute black and white tie dye skirt. I will have to do a post on how well this capsule works or doesn't work!
Awesome capsule collection - I just adore the hits of bright blue and orange. They're like fireworks of colour against the classic B&W and navy palette.
All of those pieces are perfect to take on a vacation, you can mix and match so easily with solid and you don't have to pack as much stuff, thanks for the inspiration!
I wish I opened my luggage to find such well thought out clothing .. lol.
